Having been a professional cake baker and decorator for over 10 years, I have finally had the courage to start out on my own!! Also this fits in great with family life.

From as long as I can remember I have baked various cakes and biscuits as a child with my Mum and Sister.

When I left school It was very clear in my mind what a wanted to do so I got a job in a local Bakery and gained my SVQ Level 2 in Craft Baking.

I then went on to study at Glasgow Collage of Food Technology and over the next 3 years I gained:

  • NC Craft Baking (cake decorator)
  • City & Guilds Units in Sugar Craft & Design for Sugar Craft
  • HNC Professional Patisserie
  • HND Culinary Arts with Management.

For the next 10 years after leaving collage I worked in a Specialised Cake Shop and Bakery.

So I now feel that's its time for me to do it for myself and follow my dreams...........

I have passed my level 2 Hygiene Certificate and registered with Perth & Kinross Council (Environmental Health Services).
